Name of Ability: Reconstruction.

Description: Allows User to change their form into another form entirely. As long as form holds a humanoid appearance. This ability also works on another target, as long as they allow it to happen. If not it will not work.

Element: Water/Wind Hybrid

Useage: The Cryo Dragon, Cayla

Biography: Created by the Cryo Dragon to be used as the perfect Assassination tool. By combining her knowledge of two elements she was able to use the wind and the water to reshape her body into different forms.
