Name of Ability: Rage of Aquarius

Description: This ability, combined with Blood Bending allows the user to cause the target (Up to 5 people, 5 more minutes per person) to implode. This ability takes about 5 minutes of concentration and the user cannot move while doing it. If the user is hit or their concentration is lost during the charge up, the ability can't be used for 24 hours. Even if used correctly there's still a 24 hour cool down.

Useage: Cryo Dragon

Biography: Created one day when the Cryo Dragon lost her sanity, when she was captured in the air nation prison. She blew up the 5 guards watching her and escaped.
