The Water nation Army is comprised Solely of Females. Not because of some sexist trip, it's because the Water controlling gene is usually dominant in Women, and has not been documented in a man yet.

If a Male wishes to join the Army, they must consent to an interview, with the Cryo Dragon or someone appointed by the Cryo Dragon. Thank you.
